MISCO Training is a wholly autonomous section created within the MISCO to satisfy one of management's most pressing needs: to upgrade human resources. MISCO Training organises programmes of varying content targeted at particular groups.

The methods used by a team of qualified training consultants, combine lecturing sessions with discussions, the presentation of case studies, questionnaires, role playing exercises and group projects. Lectures are supported by visual media and loose leaf material is given to each participant to retain at the end of the programme.
