In-company and Bespoke Training Courses for your people

MISCO’s training courses can be tailor made to suit your requirements and we can combine a variety of learning methods to work with the needs of your business and your employees.

We know that in today's fast paced business environment your employees need the right skills in order to keep up with the demands of new technology and changes in the workplace.

There are specific advantages associated with 'in-company' working that make it the first choice for so many of our clients. For example, all the topics can be presented and discussed against the culture, practice and experiences of your company. The training is therefore perceived as wholly appropriate. New ideas are more quickly assimilated.

Any training programme on this website can be presented exclusively for your own people. We can work on your premises, or at a venue of your choice, or at our Learning & Development Centre. We provide the same full service as you would receive on our open programmes but our trainer travels to your chosen venue, saving time and travelling logistics for your people. With few exceptions, the cost of delivering one of our standard programmes exclusively for you will be less than the cost of sending your people on an open course. We are happy to help you identify the right training for you and provide you with details of our charges.

Alternatively the training can be fully tailored. This ensures that the material is appropriate and makes the best use of training time. Sometimes what might take three days to cover in an open course (because of the need to consider different delegate situations) can be covered in two days 'in-company'. Saving time and money as well as enhancing delegates' interest and programme absorption.

'In-company' tailored training is the natural choice where the training need is likely to be special, e.g. when particular emphasis needs to be given to one particular area of knowledge or behaviour such as attitudes to customers, making business proposals or appraising staff.

Programmes often start with an assessment or training audit to determine the level of need. The programme(s) can be followed up to see that the desired change takes place in ways that are not viable for delegates attending 'open' (or 'public') courses.
