Companies can opt for either open or in-house programmes.

Open
Open programmes are designed for all business levels and development needs. Delegates are given the tools to relate principles that have been tested and proven in the real world of business to their own personal situations. Interaction between delegates is encouraged so that the learning process continues well outside the formal sessions. Through these courses an entire team can be trained without taking them out of action at the same time. As new employees join, you can provide the same high standard of training for them economically and conveniently.

An added advantage is that the costs of the training programmes are shared. Furthermore delegates from one company will have the opportunity to meet and learn from their counterparts in other companies.

In-Company Courses
All the open courses organised by MISCO training can be custom-designed for a particular client in a way that best suits the organisation's needs. Many companies have special needs that cannot be met through standard training programmes. Sometimes, a blend of elements from several existing courses will fulfill the need; in other cases an entirely new approach is called for. The advantage of in-company training is that sessions are most relevant to the needs of the participants. It also gives the organisation's personnel the opportunity to meet and analyse their work more effectively.

MISCO's in-company training programmes follow a schedule agreed with the client. The programme structure, content and time-table are discussed to ensure maximum success and effectiveness.
