Terms and Conditions


As one of Malta's longest established brands in training and development, we are able to offer you a comprehensive list of programmes for you as well as for your employees. 

We specialise in training related to management, leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, human resources, administration and secretarial and personal development.  We also offer a number of accredited qualifications. 

We have a team of dedicated and highly experienced trainers who have industry experience across a number of sectors. We know that training and development is only worth the investment if you see results afterwards. This is why we dedicate our time to work with you to achieve your organisation and personal goals. 

What do you need to know about our short professional development programmes?

  1. All fees quoted in this catalogue are inclusive of VAT.
  2. A Certificate of Attendance is issued by MISCO to anyone who attends our training programmes. Persons who opt for our accredited programmes will also receive a certification from the awarding body, if passed successfully from the assessment.
  3. Material which are usually provided during our training programmes are not consulting or legal advice.
  4. All of our training programmes are delivered in Maltese and English. If you have any specific language requirements (Maltese or English) please inform us upon booking. 
  5. We reserve the right to cancel any training programme if our set minimum participation rate is not reached. We are committed to informing you at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases the following options are available:
    • attend the training as a one-to-one coaching session at the same fee,
    • you can wait for the next run of the same session,
    • you transfer the fee to another training programme.
  6. While we ensure that all our training programmes run according to schedule, we reserve the right to postpone any training programme should the trainer become suddenly unavailable due to sickness, urgent travel arrangements and any other unforeseen circumstances. 
  7. Cash is not accepted. Fees can be paid either by:
    • Internet Banking (please contact us for more information),
    • Cheque (payable to MISCO Consulting Limited),
    • Logging on to our website and paying directly through our payment facility, or
    • Credit/Debit Card (at our Training & Development Centre).
  8. If you cancel or withdraw from a training programme, you or your employer are not eligible for a refund but can attend any other training programme of same fee.
  9. We reserve the right not to accept delegates.
  10. We only process the information we receive from you or otherwise hold about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  11. In the event that you do not wish to receive marketing correspondence from MISCO Consulting Limited, a written request or email should be sent to the contact details set out in this catalogue.
