GDPR for Marketing Managers and Executives

On the 25th of May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became effective and highly impacted the manner in which marketing may be lawfully carried out, especially due to the changes introduced by the GDPR with respect to consent and “opt-in”.


The aim of this course is to help participants understand how the GDPR impacts marketing practices and the work of Marketing Managers and Executives, in particular on how certain marketing strategies could be lawfully employed under the GDPR without the need of prior consent.
