Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing

What is it?

The aim of the Diploma in Professional Marketing is to provide the practicing marketer with relevant contemporary marketing content to equip you for the global landscape. Learning is brought to life through meaningful and active assessments for each of the modules mentioned below. Tuition is held at our premises in Mriehel. Attendance to these sessions, as well as further research and assessment work at home, is required for successful completion of this qualification.  Equivalent level to an undergraduate degree.

Who is it for?

Marketing managers and marketers working in operational and supervisory roles, who are looking to progress their strategic and management skills. 

People who have proven experience working in marketing. 

Do you qualify?

As a minimum, the following qualifications or experience is recommended as the prerequisite for entry onto the Professional Diploma in Marketing:

  • CIM Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing or CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing or CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing.
  • Any relevant Level 4 qualification – Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least one third of credits coming from marketing content (i.e. 120 credits in Bachelor's degrees or 60 credits with Master's degrees)
  • Professional practice (suggested two years marketing in an operational role)
Entries are assessed on a case by case basis.

This qualification is recognised by Malta Enterprise under the Get Qualified Scheme

Understand how to analyse an organisation’s current and future external and internal environment, develop a strategic marketing plan to realise organisational objectives and manage resources to deliver the strategic marketing plan.

Understand the role of marketing metrics, determine the relevant measures of marketing performance and interpret marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of marketing activities
