Gerhardt is in possession of a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management and Banking & Finance.
He joined MISCO as an HR Executive within the Selection Unit in 2009 just after successfully completing his Degree. Since 2014, Gerhardt has been working within the Marketing and Opinion Research Unit as a Senior Research Executive. In this time he has been involved in assisting a variety of clients in a number of projects. These clients range from the most renowned Groups of Companies, major Public Liability Companies, international accounting firms as well as various other local businesses in different sectors including biotechnology, manufacturing, accountancy, financial services and legal firms. For the past four years, Gerhardt has been delivering a number of training programmes, including topics related to customer care, office procedures and communication skills.
Having taken a year off his studies to devote himself to a year of voluntary work, he was involved in a local popular music band, where he was responsible for the marketing and public relations aspect. In 2012, he has also been involved in local football committees.
Football and music are Gerhardt’s greatest passions alongside social networking.
