For the past four years the Job Hot Spot was a prime advertising space utilised by MISCO’s clients to advertise for vacant roles. This space, found on the back page of the Classified section of The Sunday Times of Malta has now been rebranded.
Career:Match – The Link to Your Personal Goals, has been launched last Sunday the 17th February 2013. The aim of this exercise, as described by the Head of the Selection Unit, Ms Joanne Bondin, was twofold. “Our Career:Match is found in a prominent place, therefore employers can benefit by advertising in this space, reserved exclusively for our clients, and have more visibility, resulting in gathering more applications for the advertised roles. On the other hand, as the name implies, MISCO aims to help individuals looking to make a career move to reach their personal goals and ambitions.”
Moreover this brand name better reflects MISCO’s strategy which aims to offer consultancy based recruitment which is efficient, ethical and above all professional.
