Induction Programmes

The amount of enthusiasm and motivation that a new employee possesses when they first start in their new post is unsurpassable.  However due to demands on our time, it is not always possible for organisations to fully induct all new employees and unfortunately their enthusiasm for their new role can reduce all too quickly and leave a lingering feeling of abandonment.

Professionally organised and delivered induction training is your new employees' first impression of you and your organisation, so it's also an excellent opportunity to reinforce that their decision to come and work for you was the correct one.

After all, creating and issuing a suitable induction plan for each new starter will help them do their job better and quicker, and with less dependence on your time in the future.

What we offer....

Following a short meeting with one of our training executives, an individual induction programme consisting of attendance to our open programmes supplemented by one-to-one coaching where needed will be provided.

We offer induction programmes for:

  • newly appointed front-line or office-based staff;
  • employees newly recruited to a supervisory/management role;
  • newly appointed senior executives.

All induction programmes are bespoke to the needs of the individual and the organisation.  All courses will support the newly required knowledge and skills for the new role, however a full Personal Development Plan will be developed to promote continued learning and development.
