15 staff members from Avis Rent-a-Car & Lease and Budget Car & Van Rental can confidently say that they are now more effective to deliver customer service to clients after completing the City & Guilds Award in Customer Service with MISCO Consulting.
The Awards in Customer Service are designed to provide participants with the skills required to deliver efficient and reliable customer service. Participants gain an understanding of customer expectations and needs and are able to deal effectively with customer requests.
During the training, staff worked on developing their skills to listen, help and meet the needs of their customers and enhance the customers’ experience of their services and products.
