For the second consecutive year, MISCO Consulting is running its City & Guilds accredited Level 3 Award in Customer Service programme, starting in February 2013.
Maria Zahra, City & Guilds Assessment Manager for MISCO Consulting explained “This award is beneficial for front-line employees as it will increase their confidence to deal with different customer behaviours and ultimately, ensure customer satisfaction. Participants will develop all the skills required to deliver effective customer service, perfecting their skills to listen, help and meet and exceed the needs of the customers.”
