- ILM Introductory Certificate in Management: this programme targets practicing or potential first-line managers (team leaders or supervisors), and provides an introduction to the wide range of skills and responsibilities required by first line managers.
- ILM Certificate in Management: this programme gives practising and potential first line managers an in-depth starting point for their formal management development. It covers the full range of responsibilities that a first line manager may encounter.
- ILM Diploma in Management: this programme is for those people who are likely to be either practicing or aspiring middle managers particularly those who are already in post but have had little or no formal training.
All programmes focus on the key areas of Management including: Managing Self, Managing People, Managing Information, Managing Activities and Managing Resources.
In all cases, training is practical and hands-on, following the latest methodology comprising trainer input, individual and group exercises, case studies and video sessions. Individuals may opt for a blended learning approach or distance learning. Programmes can also be tailor-made according to clients’ specific needs and offered as in-house programmes.
Delegates enrolled for any Management Programme are entitled to one year FREE studying membership with ILM. Upon successful completion of an ILM programme, delegates can apply for the post nominal letters of AInstLM, AMInstLM, MInstLM or FInstLM, depending on level of qualification completed as well as practical managerial experience.
